Designer’s Bio
Manuela Paparella received her degree in Interior Architecture + Interior Design from UC Berkeley, CA in 1997. She has over 25 years of experience in designing full house remodels, kitchens, baths, small additions as well as Cafés and Restaurants throughout the Bay Area.
As of 2022, Manuela also became a certified Aging-in Place Specialist (NAHB-CAPS). She can assist you with Universal Design and or home modifications to accommodate multi-generational living needs including potential retirement in your home.
In November 2023, she moved her home and business to Kings Beach, North Lake Tahoe, California. In addition, she has applied for the Nevada State Residential Designer Registration which will allow her to design single family homes as well as multifamily homes up to four units.
Being Italian, she possesses a natural and keen eye for design, detail and beauty. She also holds a Business Degree which she received in Switzerland prior to her moving to California.
She is fluent in English, Italian, and German but can also communicate in Spanish and French. Manuela enjoys art, photography, hiking, cooking, sailing, snowboarding, fitness, volunteering, traveling among many other hobbies.
