This is the first phase of a 70s Condo Soft Remodel in Kings Beach, North Lake Tahoe, CA. Hence, it is overdue for some updating.
First off, we started out at the very top with the Loft area. It had the original red shag carpeting. We replacing it with Luxury Vinyl Plank. The space was used by the previous owners as a Kids’ guest bedroom. Now it has been transformed into a home office with the option of hosting an occasional guest. The next phase is a carpet update in the Bedroom and downstairs staircase and a bit of wall paint refreshing (completed!). Also completed was the replacement of the red shag carpeting in the Living Room and Dining Area with a lighter shade of LVP flooring. More updates to come.
The condo is decidedly starting to take on an updated look and feel. Did somebody say “Mountain Modern!”? Yes please!
