This Lake Tahoe 1970s condo was long overdue for a refresh. We thoughtfully planned and designed a new kitchen, master bath, guest bath, updated gas heating stove, flooring throughout, and enhancements to the loft area. The project was completed in June 2025.
Working with a tight, lower-end budget, the homeowner personally selected most of the finishes, fixtures, and furnishings—guided by our initial design direction. While our original recommendations exceeded the evolving budget constraints, the final result is a testament to resourcefulness and collaboration. Despite financial limitations, the remodel came together beautifully and reflects the homeowner’s style and goals in a truly terrific way.
