This is the first phase of a 70s Condo Soft Remodel in Kings Beach, North Lake Tahoe, CA. Hence, it is overdue for some updating.
First off, we started out at the very top with the Loft area. It had the original red shag carpeting. We replacing it with Luxury Vinyl Plank. The space was used by the previous owners as a Kids’ guest bedroom. Now it has been transformed into a home office with the option of hosting an occasional guest. The next phase is a carpet update in the Bedroom and downstairs staircase and a bit of wall paint refreshing. Stay tuned.
